Remember the days when you could lend your game disc to a friend, or sell it after you rage-quit? Now? Good luck, lah. All the new consoles come with no disc drive. You want to play? Must download. You want to share? Dream on. You want to keep the game forever? Hahaha, you think you own anything? You just rent, bro.

Nintendo: “You Buy, But You Only License, OK?”

Nintendo now basically tells you: “You pay full price, but you only get permission to play – until we say no.” If they ban your account or remove the game, you GG. No refund, no appeal, just Pok Gai. You own nothing, but your wallet still empty.

Microsoft now so “generous” – all their games go PlayStation also. No more exclusives, no more reason to buy Xbox. They just want you to pay for Game Pass forever. You want to play? Pay monthly. You want to stop paying? Bye bye, all your games disappear faster than your ex after you go broke.
